Important usage notes

  • Do not place the knock box on hot surfaces (e.g. stovetops) and do not use it in a microwave or oven.
    ⚠️ Fire and damage hazard.

  • Never knock on a wet or damp surface.
Moisture can weaken the cork structure.

  • Especially at the beginning, it’s recommended to hold the knock box lightly with your free hand until you’re familiar with the technique.
⚠️ Hot coffee grounds may cause burns.

  • Cork is a durable natural material and holds up well in daily use.
However, excessive force or improper technique can damage any material.

Cleaning & care

  • Empty the knock box regularly to avoid odors or mold.

  • Simply rinse with water to clean.
No loose parts, no assembly required.

  • Optional: Lightly spray the inside with a food-safe disinfectant after cleaning and let it dry completely.

  • as plant fertilizer

  • for odor absorption
