What a FIND! Vintage from the late 40s/ early 50s by Rosecrest New York, this is a full circle skirt in a SPECTACULAR combination of colors and textures! Black velvet flocking on the black organza overskirt in a plaid pattern with multicolor brights glitter flock through out! The high sheen satin underskirt is a gorgeous shade I rarely see, a rose gold pink or light copper, depending on the lighting. Peeking through the sheer black creates a stunning & unique color play! An over the top vintage beauty!
